This app has been a tremendous help in saving me time with the bulk editing features and moving products from Etsy to Shopify. The program is very robust and I will continue using this extremely helpful app. Justin has been a great help with any questions or issues I have encountered. He is prompt to assist and get me on track as I learn to use Vela.

I love this ap. Been using it since the free version. Happy to pay for it now becasue it saves me SO MUCH TIME. I am not the type of person who can list via .csv files, I need the visuals, and Velas layout makes my listing process streamlined.

I've been using Vela for awhile now and I would highly recommend it to anyone who sells on multiple e-commerce platforms. It's a great bulk product management software that allows me to manage my Etsy and Shopify products easily. I love the bulk product editing feature, variation profiles and Etsy product importer feature the most. This is a must have app for Etsy shop owners who are wanting to move their products to Shopify without a huge headache. I had a question late in the evening and clicked on their chat support button and was instantly connected with a live person. Not only did they answer, they sent me a link to log in remotely so they could show me how to do the task I was needing to do. Amazing customer service! I am so thankful for Justin taking the time to show me all the great new features Vela has to offer. They regularly update their software which anyone who sells on Etsy realizes this is important because changing products on Etsy is time consuming. These changes can be made quickly through Vela. Honestly, as long term user who has high expectations, Vela regularly exceeds them. The monthly subscription is well worth it, as it literally saves me hours of work by not having to go through and update and add my products manually. Very pleased with this product.

What can I say? This software is hands down my favorite among all the tools I use. With multiple stores across various platforms and over 500 listings, Vela has been a game-changer. It has saved me countless hours—if not weeks—by allowing me to make bulk changes across all my stores, instead of painstakingly editing each listing one by one on different platforms. Justin (the CEO) and his incredible team have truly been a lifesaver. I can’t imagine running my business without this software. I wholeheartedly recommend it to the 1,000+ students I teach every single week!

I love this app, it saves me SO MUCH time. I've always had a good experience with support if/when needed, too, which is very important. Like many others I've used this app from (nearly?) the beginning, and nobody like price increases, but as a business owner I understand it is necessary. Plus, this is one of the most valuable apps I use, and I very much appreciate the discount and sliding scale pricing. I look forward to future updates and functions to be added!

I've been using getvela for more than 5 years now. With over 2,000 items on multiple marketplaces I can attest that there is no better way to manage, copy, and publish all of your listings in one place. This app has literally saved me years of my life from monotonous listing adjustments and publishing listings. Justin is phenomenal for customer support if you need any help too! So worth $10 a month. This app has been a game changer for me! I am not one to use apps like this for my business generally but I stumbled upon this and have been using it to help create/update/change my listings on ETSY for the last two years. It has saved me enormous amounts of time and is very user friendly. Adding my current listings on ETSY to SHOPIFY now and this app has made it so easy. Can't say enough good things about it. Highly recommend!!

bait and switch!
first this app was free. then after a couple years they started charging. now they have changed the version I have been paying for....it now requires I switch and upgrade from my paid account...to a Pro version 2x the price. if we were with you through the developing stage and suffered some of your major hiccups ( I remember one bug that wiped all my pricing out). then you should be loyal to us long time clients. BAITING NEW CLIENTS WITH A 5$ account, that I guess isn't even offered anymore(?) only to later make them upgrade to the $10 app, not cool.

as if holding back our access to an account we PAY for will be less noticeable or less outrageous if you raise our pricing in incremental steps.
