Advanced Shipping Rules

I am very happy with this app, does what it supposed to do and helps us.

We've been using this app for a year now, it's outstanding. But what's even better, is their customer service!! We had a change occur from one of our partner platforms, and it disabled our use of this app. These guys took our call and reconfigured our setup without hesitation. This app does everything we need and more. We have multiple fulfillment vendors with multiple shipping options each. Sometimes shipping options depend on product and vendor. This gives us that flexibility. The support is second to none. The updates recently done are wonderful and the program is now much more user friendly. If you tried it before, you need to try it again! The sub-zone shipping options will be a great tool for us, once I get around to doing the setup. Again, the support is fantastic if you are having any trouble at all they are right there.

Great app! Much easier to use than other shipping apps. We used it to create a rule where products get free shipping if their weight is set to 0. The app offers many other possibilities!

A great app that's both flexible and easy to use. It worked quickly and efficiently for all the products on our site with enough scope to grow as our site grows. Definite 5 stars.

Advanced Shipping Rules allows me to offer a variety of items with different shipping methods and prices. Rules allow for many different and even complex shipping scenarios. Customer service is very good.

I was at that point of total frustration after searching apps and toying with code, I just couldn't seem to find the solution I needed. By the time I called Brian at Advanced Shipping I was crabby and feeling defeated. Brian was patient while getting me to clearly define my quandary.

While so far, I'm a big Shopify fan, the shipping module is so painfully weak. I have a shipping fulfillment program which plugged in easy enough, but my issue came before the completed sale. I needed very specific rules in relation to shipping charges. Brian not only devised the perfect solution completely filling my needs, he stayed on the phone with my and completely set up my shipping module until it worked exactly as needed. What he did with me in about an hour saved me countless hours of additional frustration and struggle.'

UPDATE (15 Months of USE): The service and support keeps getting better and better. The consistent quality of service with the support team is found in fast Turn Around Times in answering questions and trouble shooting. We love this app.

UPDATE (September 8, 2019): 6 Months in, everything is still excellent and the service is better than ever. We highly recommend this APP on the Customer Service alone; however, the APPs performance is awesome as well.

Remember This: when you purchase any product you are also purchasing the service that comes with that product. The Customer Support for this app is unparalleled and exemplary. Thorough and detailed explanations are provided by phone or email and in the timely manner.

The app is also awesome and very powerful. It actually makes planning out your shipping very educational and enjoyable.
