Amazing app and aftercare providing help very quickly with any issues we came across during setup and 3 years into use! Highly recommend using this app!

Slow support when there are clear bugs on their side. Cost me losing a lot of sales at a critical time. Only email support is available, they won't pick up their phone. Get this app if you want customers to never come back to your site due to high shipping.

Well, what can I say? ASR was a real puzzle to us in starting to add shipping to our store but can't say enough about Molly from Support. She was patient and made everything quite easy to understand. Thank you for everything, much appreciated.

ASR is a comprehensive tool which provides users with a very high degree of control over their unique shipping arrangements. Excellent app and even better support! We never really run in to any problems with the app but when we do have a question or something happens that causes an issue the support team are super responsive and get it sorted quick smart.
