Brian from Advanced Shipping Rules was amazing. The app was easy to learn and works great. What really set this app apart from other apps we installed was the support. This app is exactly what I needed. I tried tons of apps that fell short before I found this one and i'm so glad I did.

I carry two lines, a womens line which I keep inventory on hand for, and a childrens line that I utilize dropshipping for. I needed to be able to distinguish shipping rates between those items. I had some difficulty getting set up, but I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly. He took an initial look at the problem and then gave me a call.

From there, he set everything up for me! It works great and i'm very pleased with both the app and their customer service!

Highly powerful and customizable. Responsive support and good help docs. This is the only shipping app that met (and exceeded) our needs.

Amazing customer service! we set up the app wrong and emailed the customer service at 10pm on Saturday night. They immediately jumped online, had a look at the store, saw the problem and called us to walk us through it, so we would know for the future. Would recommend this app 100%

This app is exactly what we needed, we ship each item separately and needed our customers to pay the shipping cost per item! Along with not allowing a customer to select a P.O. Box address.
