Blended Rate Functionality

The blended rates functionality within the app will only work for groups of products that belong to the same shipping profile and same shipping location within Shopify.

Even thought the app looks that it has future, the customer service is horrible. I keep getting upgrading because there is no way customer service is replying. In our store we have many app and they also reply pretty fast to email or they have live chat. At least if this app is expensive, they should have at least a good customer service. For each reply I have to wait 8hrs. Which means you can barely develop your website with this app. Their email is very ambiguous, and there is no help or whatsoever. I run a business and i have customer as well. If I will reply the way how this app reply to customer I would have lost many customer already. I think shopify needs to look into this issue, allow app to have live chat. It is time consuming, time is passing and i have the next bill of this app to pay..........

A much improved way to use calculated shipping. I can assign different box sizes to different products and assign how many items can fit into 1 box. This makes calculating shipping many times more accurate than shopify's built in shipping.
Only issue I had was it took a little longer to set up than I expected, and it doesn't hook into shopify's discounted shipping rates so the UPS shipping costs weren't accurate. The page wasn't very clear on that being an issue, but staff helped me work on a solution and I was able to get the rates adjusted fairly accurate. Much more accurate than shopify's built in calculator.
