Very Prompt and professional service from this app

I had a lot of requirements specific to the needs of my website
They made sure each and every minute detail was addressed with a NEVER SAY DIE attitude.

At times I did not understand nitty-gritties, however their support ensured all my queries were clarified with utmost detailing.

I would strongly recommend this app to all who wish to grow their business with PREORDERS

Customer support helped us by adding the "On Fulfillment" option to the "Final Payment Due" selector. This was very helpful for our custom products with indeterminate delivery timelines! Thank you, Vicify team.

Great app for its purpose, very easy to setup and manage pre-order campaigns and everything related to it.
On top of the powerful app, probably the best customer service/support on Shopify platform.
We encountered an issue that wasn't something you can fix from settings and they helped us in a matter of hours to achieve our needs.
I can only recommend the app.

Love this app! Vicify has been a game changer for customer communication, and their customer service is top-notch. They answered all my questions quickly and helped tailor the setup to match exactly what our store needed. Being able to launch multiple campaigns for different collections makes it easy to update shipping timelines and payment options without hassle.
I use it on both of my Shopify stores and it works perfectly. Highly recommend!

Great service!
Implemented a couple functions just for me and helped with every question. Especially for German Plus Stores with many B2B customers I'd recommend the app with the current extend.

This app offers basic yet powerful functionality which is easy and intuitive to set up - perfect for my use case, as I didn't want to introduce too many bells and whistles! The Support team is very responsive and helpful as well - overall a very positive experience.

Fantastic app with outstanding service!
The ability to target complete collections or specific products makes this and absolute winner in my view.
The customer service is prompt and supportive ensuring the app does what I needed.
