I want to unsibscribe, but there is no option to do it???? With 1 click I can subscribe but there is hidden option to cancel subscription? WHY?
Thank you for leaving your review. You can uninstall the app by going to the Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels. Click the app vidaXL app. To remove the app from your store, click Uninstall app.

THEY DO NOT INSTALL VARIANTS WHILE VIDAXL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE AND THE PLUGIN DOESNT WORK

Very easy to use. I don't understand why people are complaining, instructions are clear and easy. You don't have to have a big knowledge to work with this app.

I agree with the previous 5 star review, easy to use and organise. I didnt find any duplicated listings after merging my shopify with vidaxl. Yes, it can look like duplicated but the app just separating the same products by size or color and I think its good. Makes life easier. If you want to keep these products under one listing... stop crying and do it yourself. At least you will realize how many things you are selling. So thumbs up for everyone who invented this system and thank you for making our work easier. Both Woosa and Shopify

Very bed app...
Lodged a support request on Monday for a critical issue. Product images are being removed on live SKUs synced via this app. Friday no response. Not good enough, looking into other solutions.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied.
VidaXL had an issue with the product images yesterday indeed. We load them from their CDN and therefore it didn't show in your store. However, they fixed the issue and it has nothing to do with the functionality of the app itself.

Extremely disappointed, duplicating 100 of products, and not happy
Due to delay in price update on an item, I lost money on an order.

Boa tarde tenho está aplicação há quase um ano, de algumas semanas para cá que os produtos novos estão a entrar sem stock, já enviei vários emails com exemplos, ninguém resolve, hoje desinstalei a app e voltei a instalar, agora nem sequer consigo aceder às configurações porque a mesma nem se mexe, como querem fazer resolvem a questão ou desinstalo o app de vez?

Update: tried creating a ticket on your website linked on another review to get some info. Couldn't submit because I didn't provide Wordpress user/password. Don't have wordpress and really? you ask for user/password via online form...?
