We love Videeo! It makes a super easy and accessible shopping experience for all of our customers. Our customers also LOVE the live video feature as well as pop clips.

I made the switch to Videeo in February and it was so easy to do. Team helped me migrate my current app over to Videeo. No more manually maintaining both my website and my app. With Videeo you publish to app just like any other sales channel. Live screen is easy to use and love have a “shop live” tab on my website.
Easy to use, great customer service and I love all the little updates that are happing to make the app even more advanced. Highly recommend.
We've been on video for a few months - we've been live streaming for years. Developers quickly made changes that were needed. Our customers have had no problem adapting to a new platform.
We recently switched from CommentSold to Videeo so we are getting used to it still but it's nice to have everything in Shopify. Managing inventory is so much easier. Setting up live sales is quick and easy. There seems to be less of a lag too. They seem to be continuously improving the app and there are already more features than when we first signed up. I'm looking forward to more improvements including better reporting. It's really hard to see what has sold for each live sale and would like to be able to see a report with details for billing each month.
This app does what i need it to do! I can send notifications, add pop clip videos to my website, show the live sales on the website and on the app. My customers have had an easy transition from CS to this! I can't wait to see the other features that will be coming.

Switched over from CS App. Overall, my customers and I are loving the clean look of the layouts and product descriptions. The product descriptions look exactly like my website, where the CS app looked messier. The collections are way easier to shop and having checkouts through Shopify has been my favorite part yet!
The recent update of notifications on the app going straight to a collection/product was much needed and appreciated.
I am knocking two stars because my live streams are definitely glitchier and I am REALLY missing a dashboard/access to my customers carts.
The features my customers have communicated that they miss are the free shipping windows, a waitlist option (even if it isn't exact & automated) and cart holds. I have to agree with them on those features & hoping some version of those to be added. Other than that, I am actually liking the app better than the CS app which I didn't expect I would.
This app works really well so far, no issues at all with it. Customer service is quick and helpful when I have questions.
