I had a problem of adding reviews on collection pages, Yusuf hepled figure out my problem and some extra requests immediately. It really saved me a lot of time instead of switching to another new app.
This is such an amazing app. Customer service is also spot on! Yusuf has been especially amazing in helping take care of technical things. Definitely recommend!
Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL!! I just downloaded this thing and they helped me iron out the kinks at 7pm on a Sunday evening!! No wonder they average 5star reviews..

Helpful Product Reviews App is so easy to use and integrates well with our store. Customer service also top notch!
Anna was super awesome and very quick to assist me in setting up the app as it needed a couple of line of codes manually inserted in the right place. App's been working great so far. Was easy to install, customer service has been very responsive to my few random queries. I really like the "verified buyer" tag to add credibility. Great app!
The customer service is very good, they are very helpful and I like that you get to manage and publish your reviews vs them just automatically publishing. If I get a bad review, I’ll email the customer & try to work it out.
The single page for reviews is looking great and has better load times than competitors.
I'd prefer a review tool that doesn't require the data to be loaded from external servers, but Shopify doesn't want this built in to its system. Even with the difficulties of having the data stored off Shopify's servers, it still looks beautiful (among the best of all review tools available) and the subscription options are best for my website's uses.
