www.Vavoomvodka.com has been loving the functionality of the photo and video reviews. Not to mention the customer service goes above and beyond our needs!!
One of the best apps in the App store. 10/10 in terms of functionality, support and price. The other review apps cost much more and do a lot less. Helpful Crowd uses the same review framework as Amazon - so you get the best conversions on your site. Plus I had multiple customization requests and Yusuf took care of all of them within minutes of me sending an email My sales have already increased. Trust me and try Helpful Crowd out they will make you succeed. Thank you!

Yusuf helped us integrate all the necessary widgets on our web, and he even adjusted the color to fit our theme. Amazing!

The app worked very well immediately. Set up was easy. Customer support with Anna is excellent. This app really makes my product page look professional.

We used Helpful Crowd for over 3 years and never EVER had an issue. It grew with us and the support has been terrific! We are only leaving it because we outgrew what Shopify could do for us and the platform is Shopify specific only. Great App with video upload feature, hopefully the server will get faster soon :) And great customer service with integration with AfterShip to set your specific time period to send the reviews and keep emailing the customer until they review. Prob will get 3x more reviews with this app. Hope the custom Avitar logos will be added soon too! :)
