Helpful Product Reviews App

I'm writing this after being a user of this app for almost a month. Not only does it do reviews and questions and answers Yusuf helped me import several years of reviews that were not csv compatable. I changed themes and Yusuf came to the rescue again, getting HelpfulCroud laid out perfectly in my new theme. Even made the color of the stars match my theme. If you are using a cheap app for reviews. Get HelpfulCrowd so you don't have to worry about them anymore.

One of the best free review app available. With so many features and widgets available which other apps dont have even paid version but they have it for free. There customer service is phenomenal, best customer support ive seen so far specially yusuf, he listened to my continious request about setting up my store to my liking, he went beyond to help me out. I had an issue with the Review button on my website not being fully displayed on a desktop. I contacted HelpfulCrowd and within minutes Yusuf replied saying that the issue was fixed. There was no need to do anything on my end to fix the issue other than reaching out. Great service.

The Customer service is great! The widget that they provide is very nice and clean looking. The settings in the widget allows you to change colors so that it fits within your specific theme very nicely like it did with mine. Most is automated this allowed me to focus on what I am good at (Selling not Programming). A lot of options with out being confusing. Everything is in a good location. Keep up the good work!!!
