It is a great way to play videos and keep people engaged as shoppers. Video is king and VideoWise gives you the keys to the kingdom. Their great staff are always at the ready to be helpful. I recommend the level of service where they help set up the videos and thumbnails.
This app is a game changer. It has really helped me convert and the support is insane good. Babijide needs a raise! pay the man!

Tijana was great at onboarding us and making changes to our store for us on our behalf very quickly and efficiently with very little problems. Any issues that arise are taken care of quickly. Overall experience has been good so far and we have seen lots of engagement with the video widgets setup!

Videowise is an app you want and need for 2022 and beyond. It's an incredibly strategic product that's designed to increase conversions and sales, it's easy to use and integrate, and its team (led by CEO, Claudiu) is incredibly accessible, collaborative, and helpful. My Videowise CS strategist, Babajide, is timely with all support and makes sure I get any answer to questions I have. This was a Must-Have app for our new site, and I'm so happy I decided so.

This does exactly what it's supposed to do! Easy to install, looks good, and has analytics that are easy to read at a glance (conversion rate currently 12.79%!). Amazing customer service / onboarding with Babajide.

This app is a game changer. We have looked into all video apps and this one goes beyond what we actually needed. Great shoppable videos, many formats available, super easy to work with- these guys even helped us placing them wherever they convert the more. 100% efficient dedicated support.
