This app has worked great for us for a quirky use case. We hand out corporate gift cards to our employees as they earn company "dollars" towards merchandise and apparel. Vify gives us the ability to keep track of used and unused amounts of these company dollars as we reload their gift cards 2x a year.
This time we had a few issues due to some changes in how we wanted to do things the the Vify Customer support was awesome. Ethan was there for me every step of the way to make sure it was working exactly how I needed it to. Thanks Ehtan!
I was so frustrated at first, but it was me. I was the problem LOL Settings matter, and Pete was fantastic at helping me diagnose and resolve the settings issue and get things running smoothly. They were very patient and knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to make sure I was making the most of the app. Now I love ViFy and I know my customers will too.
Great customer service, but be aware that hours may not align with your current work schedule. We have used the bulk service a handful of times to process over 5,000 cards and custom emails and it has been a fairly seamless process.
