AMAZING customer service! I just installed the app and a few things didn't meet my needs. I contacted customer support and in less than 10 mins Tracy had already solved ALL of the issues. This is really great customer support and I'm so happy for it.
Easy to set up, very fast and friendly support. I willbe using it for all my stores by now and you should do it also!
Online User-friendly Packing Slips are hard to find. With Order Printer: PDF Invoice App, we use the simple, editable Packing Slip for Shopify orders. Prints fast and clearly in color, margins are right in line. Chatted with Tracy and the service is fast, friendly, and helpful.

I recently used the app Generate Invoices and was very impressed with the customer service I received. The team was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me set up my account quickly and easily. The app itself is user friendly and makes it easy to generate professional invoices. I'm very happy with the product and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great invoicing solution.

So far my experience of this app has been 5 star. The app itself is relatively easy to use (so far I have just been amending an invoice template but it's all very self-explanatory), but it's the support that makes this app next level.
Any question you have is responded to within seconds, and they are happy to add or amend anything about the invoice to suit your company's individual needs. Within 24 hours their dev team had added a field for us!

Would recommend. Great customer service team. They provided us with fantastic support in creating the invoice templates to our liking.
Would totally recommend this app with 5 stars if they would make their templates editable by the user. It's so easy and common to offer an editor where the users can make their own changes to the templates according to their needs.
After asking why it's not editable, i got a super weird answer: "Currently, we don't give Merchant CSS or htlm to customize the temple because it could affect the others users who're using the same template with you."
Which is complete nonsense, i'm sorry.
Please make the templates editable so everybody can do his own styling according to their needs and it's a nobrainer 5* for me. Until then it's a 3* for me as it's pure headache to contact you just to get a german law conform template which i could easily do myself in 15 minutes without contacting the support.
However, great support. Answers immediately!
