The support was helpful in a good way!
Have been using this app for a few weeks now, because customers needed an option to receive and/or download invoices en refunds. Setting up was a breeze and in a few minutes you can set up a professional looking invoice and email that the customer will receive. For setting up the download button in my shopify shop, support was there to swiftly assist me in where i needed to put the code into my shopify template. In one word, this app is Superb!!! Upon starting the app, it has been very easy to use. Also, the service has been excellent! Nothing to complain.
Great app. I have used it from invoicing, you can generate invoices from orders with all the required details. Easy to customize and to use.

Great App, works well, and when we encountered a small issue there was a quick and helpful resonse from their online chat to help us resolve it. Allows us to print invoices with a detailed breakdown of VAT which we need for our business 2 business orders, which the shopify system does not offer.
After trying several apps to create Invoices and Packing Slips, I found VIFY Easy PDF Invoice and it's the best one, very easy to use, detailed and fully customizable. Customer support is excellent too. I love it.
