- prices are linked to products, not orders. if you change your product price, then print a customers invoice at a later date, it reflects the product price at the time you print, not the price at the time of purchase.
- I was told that there is no work around for the above issue.
- when printing an invoice for international customers, it shows the aud product price crossed out, with the correct price above it (like a sale strike through) and the currency is not correctly itemised.
The plans information is deceiving, I upgraded to the starter plan as it said 'unlimited orders' and yet I can only print 10 at a time, so it is not clear. When I reached out to support, the VERY rude support person, Pete said:
"We will not be at this place if we provide deceiving info to our clients so you can cut that part.As soon as shopify deliver us your precious recent payment, it will be refunded"

Secondly, I want to address your concerns regarding the "unlimited orders" claim on our Starter plan. I understand your frustration and confusion. While the Starter plan does allow for unlimited orders, it appears there's a misunderstanding regarding the printing limitations. The "10 prints at a time" refers to the maximum number of print jobs that can be queued simultaneously, not the total number of orders you can process. We recognize that this distinction isn't clearly explained, and we are actively working on revising our plan descriptions to eliminate any ambiguity and prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. We appreciate you pointing this out.
Regarding the refund, I can confirm that it has been processed promptly on our end. If you haven't received confirmation of the refund within 14 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us again, and I will personally help you check it.

I selected this plugin based on the multiple language support.
Sadly, you can only select a single default language for the invoices to be generated in. Only the language of the invoice-email is automatically selected based on the customer location.
seriously, i have been charged a 89 annual fee without my knowledge, before is tottally free, i have been used this for a long time, they started to charge customer recently but without letting me know, i never know until i check my invoice from shopify

Please note, we only proceed with charges upon your explicit authorization via Shopify.
Since Shopify bills the entire cycle upfront, you were charged the full amount accordingly.

No funciona correctamente. Es preciso que el desarrollador de aplicaciones actualice Vify Order Printer, que el desarrollador de la app no ha realizado.
We used to use this app to create our invoices by adding the shipping costs as a separate item to the purchases and removing the original shipping from the bottom of the invoice since German tax laws require that the taxes for the shipping are a) in synch with the the tax for the ordered items (e.g. book tax 7% = shipping tax 7%, clothes tax 19% = shipping tax 19% etc.). It was easy to manipulate the invoices the way we needed them to be suitable for the German tax authorities. After an update that we did NOT install (and we haven't been asked either) the whole interface is different, editing the orders the way we need them is now impossible. Before that, it was all nerdy and performing not that efficient but we got what we needed at the end of the day. That's over now and we will have to look for a different solution.
