I am registered with you as a reseller and have uploaded over 6.000 products to my shop, but unfortunately I have not received an answer to a few queries I had before going live. It's very unfortunate because I wanted to get started and go live as soon as possible.
We always respond to emails from trusted resellers. Unfortunately, by sending long emails through various channels, you have not put yourself in the trusted reseller category. For any reseller thinking about installing our app, if you are a reputable reseller, we will be happy to work with you!
