This app was fantastic for our business! It does every single thing we need it to with our ambassador program, is easy to use and design, and the customer service is exceptional. I am able to message the founder with questions as I build out our weekly sweeps and he is super responsive and quick with help every time. Even their tutorials are great! Worth every single penny. I wish every app we used on Shopify had this kind of service. Wowsa.
I can't think of an easier platform to use for counting entries on a giveaway! This app makes it so user friendly and the whole process seamless. Genecarlo - the co founder goes out of his way to help customers and has helped me setup my second giveaway. He is patient & quick in responding! I will be using viral sweeps for all our future giveaways!
Back in 2019 I emailed ViralSweep asking about having an option to award sweepstake entries for purchases on Shopify. I got a swift response from Giancarlo saying they've been working on sometime like this! We've used the purchases app for multiple sweepstakes and have tracked thousands of orders with problems and selected our winner without a problem! Giancarlo is awesome and responds quickly! If you're looking for an app to run sweepstakes on something like a car this is the app you want! It makes life so much easier!
They are amazing! The app and the customer service is NEXT LEVEL! I honestly never seen customer service that is this fast and helps out this much. They can help with anything and helped me install the app for free. I couldn’t be happier!

We installed this app for weekly draws to celebrate our anniversary. So far it is working beautifully and we are getting lots of engagement. Fun for our customers and easy for us! Being my first time trying the whole giveaway Arena viral sweep has definitely made it easy and had been VERY fast at responding to questions. And taking the steps to go above and beyond to make sure my giveaway runs smoothly. Highly recommend
Just downloaded this to run a photo comp. Easy to setup and the support was very responsive when we had a small issue (turn out to be our fault) with the widget. Great app, awesome support.
