Top customer service! We have used this app for several of our contests, it works well and has lots of options to customize it and install it in different places. I would recommend this app to easily set-up and run contests.
It's working better than we hoped. Setting up our first campaign was easy, just followed the step-by-step instructions. And the reporting is in depth. Overall, very happy with the app. And quick response from support too.
ViralSweep is incredible! It has been able to do everything we can think of and more! The customer service is amazing and they've bent over backward for every little request we have made! Seriously an amazing company!
ViralSweep has realized a simple concept: give people a low-barrier to entry and then bribe them to take action. Very useful, potentially hugely impactful (depending on your marketing strategy), but nothing earth-shattering, IMO.
What makes ViralSweet ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is their Customer Service in conjunction with a solid product. Giancarlo is lighting fast with his responses and quick to help you find solutions.
If you want to grow your audience through social giveaways and promotions, it's a waste of your time not to use ViralSweep.

Great customer service! We had auto renewal on but we no longer use the app because of shrinkage in our industry. Viral Sweep refunded us the cost and let us cancel our plan without any hassle. Over the last two years, they have been great to work with.
I've worked with ViralSweep since the original version was released, and we always had strong results. I recently moved to the new version, which is a massive leap forward in functionality and user experience. Additionally, Giancarlo has been exceptionally responsive for all of my myriad inquiries. I 100% recommend this product!

This app is amazing for building a database through a prize and the customer support by Giancarlo was exceptional. He even went into work after hours to help me install it correctly!
