Support is always very responsive and helpful. I've always been happy with them. I also like the fact that they have different apps for different goals/purposes (conversion, lead generation, reducing cart abandonment, boosting revenue, building trust, and more) in one convenient dashboard. This means you only need to install one app. Very convenient.

Excellent App with the best support team i have ever encountered. The apps were not quite matching my theme so I contacted their support via chat and within the hour they fixed everything I needed to get the app working seamlessly with my Shopify theme.

New to using this app, so I ran into a small issue related to my site not displaying some things correctly. I couldn’t figure out how to solve it for the life of me, so I reached out to their support team. The same day I received a reply from Shiela on their support team letting me know she had already fixed it and the changes were already live on my site *jaw drops*.
