This is the best app I've ever used over my many years in ecom. The app is really easy to use and like that I have one place to go adjust my apps. The customer support has been wonderful and responsive.

This app is extremely good value for money and unlike other apps on the marketplace offers seriously impressive support. The response times are quick and the team are helpful and very good at what they do. They're always on hand and will go above and beyond to help you in your hour of need. This app has added several important features to our website, including pop ups, a cart timer, and a related products section at the bottom of the page. It is a great app for boosting sales and providing your visitors with more information about your offers, products, or sales.
This app was perfect for me getting my 1st store up and running. It helped me fill in the little things I would have overlooked or forgot or actually showed me a lot of stuff I didn't know about. I plan on using Vitals from now on, it would be dumb on my part not to. Makes my Shopify experience a lot easier and less expensive.
