I can only recommend this app, all the important features for setting up a shop are included, I had a small customisation problem with an app and I was helped directly on a Sunday evening and the problem was solved. Clear recommendation!

only have had the app for a couple hours. Pretty easy to set up, takes a little time to get used to it and figure out how it works. Ran into a couple problems had to hop on the chat and they figured it out asap. helped me fix everything and running smooth again. definitely recommend

Very positive experience so far! I just started exploring Vitals app and have to say it is ticking many boxes in terms of what I need for enhancing experience for my customers on our website. I had one request for the team to change the background image for my pop up and got help pretty much instantaneously. Very pleased with the service so far and looking forward to exploring additional capabilities.

Terrific customer service experience. Had an issue with the way the Sticky ATC looked and the support staff was very accomodating and patient in getting to look how I wanted it to. 10/10 would recommend.

This is probably the best app that is on Shopify's app store. You NEED this app. If you were to buy all of the apps that are inside of Vitals individually, it would cost you WELL over $200 per month, and that's just for the basic plan! Also, every app in here is top-notch and looks very well on every theme! John Paul B has helped me pretty much every time as well and has provided some of the best customer support I have ever received.
