Have seen this app around for a while because of the good reviews and number of reviews - eventually decided to get it and so glad I did. Definitely helps with conversions, trust and generally not having lots of different apps doing small tasks. Great app. Would recommend!

The app is great as it is integrating a lot of helpful apps and features. The customer service is amazing.

I stumbled on this app by accident as i was looking for a different completely different app, i decided to do the free trail and see how it goes. I have now deleted other apps which has saved me money. I love how everything is all in one place and its so easy to use. If there is anything that you are unsure about well the customer service is there 24/7 and i must admit that they are brilliant. There are apps within this app that i had never even had thought about but after using them it just made sense. Thank you Costin C. and the rest of the customer service team who i have spoken too.

Vitals helped us to get rid of many apps. Now we are using only vitals and it works fine, while it still super-customizable. Customer support is fast and knows what to do. Absolutely recommendable.

I needed to update my theme and took the opportunity to install Vitals, replacing four other apps that I no longer need. The pricing is the same once those four apps are added up, and Vitals has a lot more functionality that I am looking forward to utilizing. But the main reason I am reviewing them right now is because their customer service absolutely ROCKS. I've been texting their tech reps several times an hour this entire evening, and every time I ask a question or have a problem, they are able to immediately answer or fix it for me. Literally as I type this, a tech rep is helping me fix a formatting issue with the review stars. Seriously, I am so impressed with this app!
