Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

There is not a segment I have tried in this app that has been functional from the first attempt other than the Upsell section to create a sale and the email feature to create the email to my customers notifying them of said sale. Todays waste of my time was my attempt to use the AI Social Media Post creator. I entered a prompt and it gave me two different posts to choose from. Perfect at this point! But after looking everywhere, it becomes apparent that it doesn't have any way to actually post it to Facebook. OK, annoying, but fine, I logged into Facebook, pulled up the Create Post, hopped back to Vitals only to discover that they also chose to not allow you to copy the post that I chose of the two presented so I could manually post it into Facebook and create the post. There is not just no button or easy copy feature visible, when you try to actually copy it it only shows you a link option, with no way to get the post off of the Vitals interface and into Facebook, which was supposed to be the entire purpose of me taking the time to use the AI social media post creator, and rendering it utterly useless! How many hoops should a seller be expected to jump through simply because the folks at Vitals decided in their infinite wisdom to not give a seller any way to even copy the generated text over to Facebook to ACTUALLY CREATE THE SOCIAL MEDIA POST! My time is valuable. So when companies like Vitals create insanely stupid and needless hurdles to my workflow, on a product I AM PAYING FOR, that wastes my time due to their incompetence, I just have no tolerance for it!

They seem to be tripping all over themselves to be able to list 1,000 different apps, widgets and AI interfaces that Vitals can accomplish, because Ill be the first to admit, looks crazy impressive, and if I could get anything to work correctly, this app would be worth every penny. However, when I run into things like today, and last week with the Page audit where it was unable to find several key elements that it said I didn't have on my page when I absolutely did, to the last email campaign where the Save feature was malfunctioned and i was unable to save my entire campaign that i had spent a couple of hours setting up. This has been yet another waste of my time as was my attempt waste of my time. And I tried to try get help from what is supposed to be the virtual assistant, where it couldn't figure out how to get it to work either, then to chat where i was told, "Yes having a copy button would certainly make it easier to work with" being the grand total of assistance I received, with zero awareness that this wasn't just an inconvenience, IT WAS UNUSEABLE. .So I'm reclaiming my time and my money and i'll walk away from a Shopify app that is essentially non-functional. I do NOT RECOMMEND VITALS. Looks like its going to be amazing, but it lacks such basic functionality in a huge chunk of their apps, making it useless.

They keep charging me even after cancellation this is nothing but a scam.

I haven’t used this app at all, and despite cancelling my subscription, they continue to charge me €29 every month. This is now the 3rd month in a row they’ve taken money from me for a service I don’t use and have already cancelled.
Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest. Stay away from this app.

This app is rediculous and needs to be banned from Shopify. Never had such a bad app before. KEPT charging me for months without me using this..!

I am getting unreasonable billing every month where I have deleted the app, but I got the subscription bills in the billing. Give resolution asap.

we are fedup from currency converter, due to this app we have uninstalled our previous app, we tried to communicated with the team earlier as well but they said check in your hand, what the point of this app while we cant solve tiny issues of client itself.

I ADVISE EVERYONE TO TEST VITALS AUTOMATED EMAIL SENDING PROCESSES AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH!!!

I am very unhappy with my experience with Vitals I left an unhappy review at the end of the two weeks waiting when the problem will be resolved. But the problem has not been resolved, although they claim the opposite, that everything is working and emails are being sent and delivered to our customers.

The problem is that automated email sending processes (Abandoned Checkout and Welcome) don't work. At the very least, the emails aren't reaching their intended recipients.

After we received their response that everything was working for them and that the problem might be with our email address, we created four different email addresses and tested their automated email sending processes and also Shopifys abandoned checkout automation.

The result was the same as earlier: not a single email from their automated email sending processes was received by any email address, but all emails from Shopifys abandoned checkout automation were received.

The only conclusion is that this company's support team is unable to resolve this issue, and we should say goodbye to the Vitals.

App wont work if you want say Buy 2 get 1 free, you cant list variants such as flavours, you'd have to have all the same! Support comes back to you if your desperate for answers about every 1-2 hours. For £30 look about before getting this!

As a business owner, I rely on tools like Vitals to run my promotions smoothly, especially during peak sales events like Black Friday and Christmas. Unfortunately, this app works like the flip of a coin—it’s completely unreliable.

During the biggest marketing event of the year, our Buy X, Get Y and bundle promotions failed miserably. Discounts were inconsistently applied, leaving us to manually adjust orders, which cost us over AT LEAST $15,000 in lost sales and additional staffing costs to fix the mess. Worse, their "support" was nonexistent when we needed it most.

If you’re looking for an app to automate your promotions, don’t trust Vitals. You’ll lose money and spend more time fixing their errors than actually running your business. For entrepreneurs who can’t afford downtime or lost revenue, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I am very unhappy with my experience with Vitals i left an unhappy review at the end of the chat that i wrote (really slow answers) and now i can not reach them via chat because of that review. The support to answer me did 3-4 minutes, and the reason because they talked to his colleagues. The worst part is that now i speak with them only via email and they answer me very slowly. Personally, I only use them because of their features. The support is really bad. They asked me to delete my review or change it never you deserve this review.and then the nightmare began they slowly did not answer my emails they became silent and then their app started to make problems to my theme and the other apps it affected problems everywhere their pop up stop working almost everything is like they put a virus via their app to my store. They are very bad persons they almost destroy my store be careful with them they asked me to access all my store settings payments everything via collaboration who know what would happened if i gave them access. I deleted their app if you want safe your store do not download their app they are very bad people. stay safe with your stores personally i would run away from them as soon as possible very bad people their support.
