The customer service from Vital is 100% next level, I submitted a query on the app and with 30 minutes I got a response and within 1.5 hours the query was fixed. The communication from the Customer Service Representative (Jed) was great, in fact fantastic and so happy the issue was resolved. This is the level of customer service I strive for with my customers, so great to see that those who support my business think the same way. Thanks Vitals, one happy customer here.

Vitals is really easy to work with. It offers different types of add ons you can try out and enable or disable to your liking. Currently still learning a lot about all of the features that are offered. They are also very open to new suggestions and have great customer support. Recommended.

Great app that does exactly what it says it can do and more. Like and the team are very receptive to all of our requests for enhancements and we have been delighted with the end result and performance. Highly recommend!
