Je recommande encore une fois sans hésiter ------------------------------- I think this app has nothing left to prove, it's just a must have for all my shops. Very useful features, top customer service and always available 24 hours a day. I would recommend it again without hesitation.

I needed an app for comment, but got so much more. I can stream live and see how my customers scrolls around on my site! Everything is running smooth and if for example my theme doesn't suite perfect with VITALS the support is awesome and solves the issue within 12 hours. A big Thank you!

We've recently implemented this app into our store. We were trying to cut down the number of apps that we were using on our store as they were making our store extremely slow and that's when we turned to Vitals. Since Implementing Vitals, we've now gotten rid of 6 other apps from our store and as we begin to use some more of the feature Vitals offers, this will most likely increase. We did have some minor error and bugs initially with some of the features which is why the app gets 4 stars right now but the support team at Vitals have been very quick to respond to our requests and have resolved everything in a timely manner. Overall, very impressed with Vitals and would highly recommend.

As many have already said I'm going to add to the reviews. This app is clearly amazing. If you haven't installed it yet why are you waiting? The trial period is there to check it out and its seriously worth the money. The support is literally the best I've ever encountered. I have no concerns here just praise. Ty everyone in Vitals staff for all the help you've provided. I haven't made your job easy haha. <3
