Support team made unauthorized changes to our bulk pricing settings. Unable to correct their changes and support has gone radio silent. Super costly experience made worse when support chose to ignore the issue rather than address it.

The root cause was identified to be a synchronisation issue between Vitals and Shopify, due to the very large number of products in your store. We've completely rebuilt the synchronization bridge back in 2019.
A good support: patience, expertise, friendliness. It's all there!
However, writing more than 100 characters to validate a review is excessive.
This is the app is bloody brilliant, I admit they are a new company and everything doesn't work perfectly but support is amazing, they almost immediately fix any bugs, I had a wheel of fortune bug and it was fixed in 25 minutes!! Great job guys, I wish you the best
