I was asking for a complex setup of a feature. The app does not have it at the moment, but Michael J was super understanding of the proposed feature and even went out of his way to have the feature be listed as a feature request. Nice job, Michael J! I'm still on the free trial period, but I've already seen some of the features really working for the store, and even the current Upsell Builder does what it's intended to do. Giving the app 5 stars, and giving CS (Michael J.) 7 stars for the support!
apps are ok, support is for me unhelpful & they brush you off

This is clearly a misunderstanding. Our support team is always available to assist as we handle all requests with great priority. Additional time may be needed for unique and specific requests to ensure continuous optimal performance.
Everything so far has been awesome! Just waiting for support to help with my volume discounts not working. Other than that, kudos to the VITALS Team!

This is the best app I ‘ve ever seen. When I contact to customer service. They are really patient and solve my problem personally.
My task was about confusing with volume and bundle discounts, which created a mess with the figures in my cart, and this issue was claryfied completely. I leaned both discounts just work well together, when this option is enabled: Show the Volume Discount options on the Product page. Thanks a lot for that! Good job!
