Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

This app has many great features. Here are two areas that could be improved for the future which the developers have assured me they are working on for the next version.

1. The code looks strange on checkout page. It divides the value of the giveaway product across all the items in the cart. Instead of just subtracting the one item.

2. If we want to give away just the smallest size variant, we have to create a dedicated page for that variant. The vitals app wants to give away any sized variant on that product page. It is a pain to set up a dedicated variant page to giveaway just one variant size.

The features are powerful yet easy to use, and everything integrates seamlessly. The customer support team is also fantastic—quick to respond and always helpful. the support system is great and the features are good too, though it would be great if we could have some more customizable options in the app, it would help alot

Good live support

Vitals is a very useful tool to increase sales in the online store, its customer service is impeccable, really very efficient. I miss that it does not have visual editing tools, such as editing texts, size, colors, etc. If they are asked to do it, they are happy to do it, but it is always preferable to be able to do it yourself. Totally recommended VITALS.
