It’s a great value!!! How many times does an app provide you with more for less? Well, Vitals has given me so many features that help fine tune/enhance my site, all at half the price of an app that only did one of its many functions.

It takes a relatively short time to become familiar with the dashboard. From there, selecting and configuring the features you want to add is straightforward and consistent.

I did have one technical question and received a thorough response from Vladimir which included a custom video made to document the issue on my site! Very impressive!

All in all, I find vitals exemplary and well worth every penny!!

The app is great for beginners, it has all the required functions you need to run a store when you start out. The support is extremely helpful and they react fast, which is why out of appreciation I decided to also give this review!

I don't use everything this app is offering but using few basic stuff. I never needed support before but recently when I had an issue with the images, I requested help and even though it was a weird time they replied within 10-20 minutes resolving the issue. If you need the app, keep in mind that they do have support which is important factor to decide.

The customer service solved my problem in less then 30 minutes!!! I was expecting to wait at least 3-4 hours to have an email back

I'm running a webshop in Holland and was a bit sceptic at first if it would work in the Netherlands. I tried it and I'm a big fan! What a great app. I'm using 4 things at the moment. They are working very good. At first there was something what didn't work as I want it. I asked the customer service and they fixes it in no time. Verry happy with the support and with the functionality of the app!
