The customer service is exceptionally good. They are very good at helping me with my problems. The different apps inside are really helpful and boost my website to make it look more professional. I can track the customers to see what I need to improve which is quite nice. Recommend!

I realized that Vitals had everything I needed all in one app and its affordable for me too! John from their support team is also very helpful! The app itself is greate with so many features that I couldn't even name all of them. And I had one little problem with showing up product reviews and the customer service helped me with that in like 2 minutes thanks to their real time chat. I didn't even have to write an email.
I recomend this to anybody, the app is perfect and the customer service even better
