Great Support Team, seriously very nice people that respond very fast and such a good App with such good purposes. Using Shopify without Vitals is like refusing to take a easier Route.

I love how this app has so many different functions to it. Usually, you'd have to download a ton of other apps but this is all you need. The support staff are also really responsive and helpful, they have answered my questions and solved my issues very promptly.

The customer service on Vitals is exceptional. Being in the ecommerce space, I have to constantly deal with customer service headaches, so vitals is a bit of fresh air. I've had them on each and every one of my stores for about a year. I have the shrine theme, so I don't require many Shopify apps, but the customer replays, and reviews apps are super helpful.
