I had to call Vitals support several times. The support team is friendly and efficient. Problems are quickly resolved. I recommend this app.

App is user friendly and easy to navigate. The help chat people are always helpful and quick to reply, as well as do what you ask of them. Great tool to use for your Shopify store.

some of the functions still have limitation but overall the app is consider not complicated as it come with video tutorial.

The best All in one app out there, the upsell side works perfectly and increase the AOV by a lot, will recommend to all the new stores.

App is great and has many functionalities, many could be improved and they're working on it (just check their road map).
Product description tabs are great, really recommend them
