Customer support is top-notch! Many elements in the app that makes it worth the price. Had to have a custom code on my page and they did it within a few minutes. Awesome!

I truly cannot believe I only now got to know about the existence of VITALS! This is the only app you will ever need to successfully run your store.
From trust badges to a currency converter, sticky add to cart, and what not!
And to top it all, the support is instantaneous, much appreciated.

The customer service on this app is so quick and effective. They updated the colours on my pop ups instantly and to my specifications. Really good understanding and communication, fast and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend!

I had an issue with importing pictures for reviews, but unfortunately I wasn't aware that I need to wait a minute or two for them to be downloaded. Luckily, Kliphord explained me briefly and very well, and he reached out to me within seconds. I'm highly satisfied with this app as well as the customer teams from product reviews. 5!

La Aplicación esta genial y bastante completa abarca lo necesario, esencial en el store, se integra perfectamente. Lo único que mejoraría seria el apartado de Upsells.

Very good app that I really recommend.
It contains a lot of tools that get the store attractive and smart. The support team is awesome : reactive and efficient. Dev. team has a planning to release new tools inside the app. There are email notifications to remind about some interesting tools I didn't discover yet.

Very useful app, I use it on all the stores and it has helped me to increase turnover and conversion. it has a lot of apps combined for a very cheap price.

It has been worth the price to get so many features in a way that is so easy to implement. I am now using Vitals in multiple stores. The customer service is also super speedy. They have been patient with my dumb questions. And Vitals offers a lot of customization including the ability to customaize where an app is displayed without any code. I would recommend to anyone who wants to optimize their store and not play around with dozens of separate apps.
