Love the app, and the support. I have been using several apps before and paying a lot for small small Apps/features separately but now I have replaced all those apps, such as Reviews, Badges, Banners, and even Recordings with just one app, Vitals. And saved more than 100 dollars by installing just one app. My store is a pretty good one and has a lot of custom design requirements and the team has been incredibly supportive in providing custom dev fixes for the features I am using. So far amazing experience, cheers

Can't praise enough how good the Vitals team is for fixing and accomodating the custom needs of our website, they respond extremely fast and get on with the fix straight away, and with photos and videos to show you the corrections. this is the best customer experience we have had out of Shopify app support, well worth every penny of the subscription and will continue!
