Vitals has been a great help in improving sales and boosting revenue. So many different tools inside the app which makes life much easier. The support from the team is second to none. They are fantastic. Always ready to assist no matter how big or small the request is.

This app is one of the best on Shopify, the features are very helpful to a small store focused on the essential growth during the first months of operations. But I'm writing this review because of the amazing customer service they offer! We're migrating our website off of Shopify to a more food service friendly platform. I didn't realize the reviews for the site were stored in the Vitals app. I messaged them right away, and they sent me a CSV with the reviews less than 10 minutes later. This app & developer are definitely 5 stars!

I have been using this application for some time and I recommend it with confidence. I don't even use all 40+ apps, but it's well worth it. The application really helps the speed of the website and does not load it with unnecessary applications and snippets. The support is impeccable, even when I requested a customization about 5 times because I still did not like the position of an application on my website, but each time the support was prompt and helpful. Keep up the good work.

The customer service is second to none. They should honestly charge more for what you get with VITALS. It has saved us tons of money. I literally stumbled upon this app while searching for a currency converter app. I didn't realize at the time that this one app would provide me with the functionality of over 40 others for not much more than the price of a single currency converter app! Not only does this Vitals app have the perfect currency converter for my needs, but I've also found use for about half of the other available apps. I can't imagine what I'd be spending on those other apps separately.

Other than some minor bugs during integration with my store, I've had nothing to complain about and their responses to my inquiries and improvement suggestions have been courteous and usually within 24 hours.

To summarize, this is like an app 'multi-tool' that does a lot of things very well and I would highly recommend it for other stores.
