every thing is good

Horrible, even after uninstalling the app it continues to appear on my website, I do not recommend it.
Kelly here from ViVA Reviews. Really Sorry you had an issue with removing our app.
What you note is actually not an app uninstall issue, but related to browser caching. If you simply clear your cache, you will see that our widget will gone.
Any new visitors to your store will not see our app once uninstalled and what you are seeing is simply browser caching intended to speed up website loading.
Feel free to reach out to us again either through live chat or at info@vivareviews.com and we can guide you on how to clear your cache if you are not familiar with the process. Look forward to hearing from you.
