I removed cancelled this app and they continue to bill me for it - horrible customer service and impossible to get anyone ahold of

Dear, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better in the future.
To inform you the charges were activated till the time of uninstallation and due to which this happened and we tried contacting you but unfortunately it went unanswered.
