So far so good using Volume & Tiered Discounts, as well as their Infinite Product Options add-on.
Support via email was amazing. For some fine-tuning to make sure both addons worked well together, I gave them access to my site and they were able to quickly edit & optimize the code.

I used this app to provide the means of showing a volume discount table to encourage more sales. The app is OK however, I had to get their technical support people to set up the app properly on the store, since it required better coding skills than mine to get it right. Response from Hulk has been very quick, responsive and very helpful.

I just use this app to help me to automatically do the tiered discount for my web store. During the installation of this app, I needed some format adjustments that impact to my Shopify theme. I submitted the ticket to the team which they are very helpful, responsive, and professional. The problem could be quickly clarified and solved. It perfectly works now.

I started using this app because the reviews were so good about the customer service. I needed to enable multiple discounts for different products for a sale I was having on my store. This app made this so easy and the reviews are correct, customer service was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or problems I had. I love that they have a free option for more simple needs and the monthly price for the pro is also fair. I am so happy with this company and will be happy to try out any other apps of theirs if I ever need!

The app and support is great. It took some time setting up because of the complexity of Product structure but we got it to work. We are using it for Wholesale functionality and are offering our wholesalers tiered discounts. Thanks for their support team on helping us get this setup.
