1 STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MANY. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE COWBOYS!!!! Unless of course you want to experience the same as I did:
Installed app. Followed instructions. App didn't appear. Mailed support. Support replied saying app was ok now. Checked. Ok it displays. Then I got an email saying they have deleted my Buy Now button from my product page because it was conflicting, and also removed the coupon box from my cart page! All of this was without my permission, they just did it. I told them it wasn't the best solution but I'd try it out, and they replied saying 'yes it's fine.' I had to change the 'Add to Cart' button to 'Buy Now' (which still functioned as an 'Add to Cart' button, so made the site look unprofessional)
A week or two later I decided to use Shopify discounts as it was easier, more reliable and didn't involve losing my 'Buy Now' button, so I emailed these cowboys to restore everything they had done before I deleted the app. I got up this morning to find they had not only RESTORED the app (giving anyone who bought an EXTRA discount!) but they told me AGAIN about the conflicts and basically said 'you're welcome everything is fine!!!' It gets better...
Next I emailed again giving them step-by-step instructions as to what to restore so I could delete the app. They got back quickly saying it was all sorted, so I checked. They had't restored the Buy Now button, they hadn't restored the Coupon box, but they did manage to remove the checkout button from the checkout page!!!! So as things stand now NOBODY CAN BUY ANYTHING FROM MY STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!! But hey they still emailed to tell me I was welcome!!!!!!!!!!
This is still unresolved. I can't make out if it's all one big practical joke or not?!!!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THESE IDIOTS THEY WILL RUIN YOUR STORE!!!!!!!!!!!

This app automatically applies its discount to all carts, even if customers haven't clicked on the offer. This prevents my customers from using their own coupons, as the Hulk discount takes precedence. I expected the app to allow customer coupons to override the Hulk discount, but it doesn't work that way. The inflexibility of the app became apparent when customers complained about being unable to use their coupons. Upon realizing this, I found the app unsuitable for my needs, particularly in promotions involving customer-specific coupons. This lack of flexibility in the app's functionality is a major drawback for my business, leading me to seek advice on its removal.

Application that leaves much to be desired, I had a problem with it and practically after a week I have not been given a motion. Customer service could honestly improve.

Worst support team customer service I have ever received. I emailed them multiple times and can reply to me 2 days later with an email saying we did not get a response from you if your issue resolved. And after telling that my issue is not resolved, and they ask me to email them again, i email and again i don't get a reply. Where is my email even going then? Worst decision to have downloaded this app

I gave up. Doesn't work at all! I tried a lot to make it work... They even replied my emails nicely and fast, nevertheless the discounts weren't applied at the checkout as promised, neither on the following amounts of selected products. So them I gave up to test. Hope you guys develop it better further...

DO NOT USE THIS APP if you need to translate your website.
We are Not able to use this app because it is not possible to translate it into several different languages.
We are even using Langify and it is not able to translate the app.
Shame since we like the app otherwise.

Not sure why, but this app applied discounts to products unrelated to the ones I'd loaded, didn't apply discounts to the products it should. Reached out 3 times for tech support and got nothing!
Recommend finding something else (I'll probably stay away from all hulk apps now)

Sorry to hear your experience with the installation process. We checked and unfortunately there were a couple of steps that were missed. Sometimes each theme is unique and requires additional changes to make everything work. That's why we offer free support to all of our clients.
We'd love to get this resolved for you and hopefully you will update the review after we fix the implementation since we have experts that do these all day. Pretty dreadful support on this app. I wanted a really easy offer - add 4 pots of glitter and pay £10. After spending ages adding all variants and trying all different combinations of offers on the app and not getting it to work correctly, I reached out to support for this app. The response... "try changing the offer type, or try different options'. Brilliant - you mean carry on doing what I spent the past hour doing with no luck. Why don't you just blindfold me and hope I press the right buttons. After a while your 'support' just stopped replying. Dreadful
