This app caused our Checkout button to take a long time to load which caused our conversion rate to plummet.

App worked well with one minor issue on the checkout page where it crossed off all amounts regardless of whether the product was receiving a discount or not. Contacted their customer service. Someone named "Heena" responded telling me I needed to give permission and grant full account access to my entire Shopify store. I did this and followed up with her on 3 occasions by email over a week with no response. Very poor service. Would not recommend. If you have even the smallest issue doesn't seem like they have the time or desire to be bothered with you.

Very nice people seemingly doing their best. I needed the app integrated into my theme- asked to pay, but they just really could not figure it out. Different widths, their buttons had rounded corners, and mine were square, mismatched text styles. It stuck out like a sore thumb. I just didn't have time to troubleshoot it myself and they could not really see the problem, kept declaring it done, then wanted a phone call to chat about it. Half a workday lost to it already, I ended up uninstalling the app.
Again- very nice people, and the functionality seems solid. Most people will probably have no issue at all. If you have the time to spend dialing in the style for a clean match to your theme it's probably a great solution. But, as nice as they are, they may have trouble if you want to hire them to integrate it into your theme.
Edit- Review changed from 3 to 1 star. I did my very best to be kind and give the developer the benefit of the doubt. They contacted me about this review and blamed me for not repeating to them the clear instructions I gave about integrating the design.
My theme has square button corners, their's have rounded, how many ways can I say they need to match when they keep sending it back unfinished, closing the ticket and declaring it finished?
I've never had a situation like this with an app developer before, hopefully you will have better luck with them than I did.

I installed the app, followed all the installation instructions and prices got all messed up on the cart page. Customer support was useless and slow, I had to uninstall the app.

Garbage. Half the features don't work. Support is non-existent. Anybody giving high reviews on customer service got scammed into paying $49 for a "premium" install. In other words you have to pay for customer service.
If they did a better job they could crush it, there is a gap for this as a freemium option in the app store. Off to use Discounted Pricing by Booster Apps like everyone else serious about making money.

Does not work. Asked for help from support. Support didn't help. Do not recommend. Support asked for permission to access my store to attempt to fix and ended up turning off my coupon I had set up in my discounts section and had advertised during Black Friday Cyber Monday. Cost me a lot of money on ad spend just to get a lot of abandoned carts because people were not getting the discount that was promised in my Facebook ads.

I had this app for less than a week. The servers have been down 3 times that I know of where the discounts were not showing. The last time it went down, It had disabled the checkout button so my customers could not order anything for hours resulting in loss income and sending them to my competitors. I do not recommend this app at all. I am so happy I did not send an email promoting the discounts this app does. That would have been a lot more angry customers that couldn't get the right pricing. I have enough of them right now that could not check out. If you install this app make sure you have a backup of your theme. You will need it when this app goes down.

Complete garbage. Do not pay for this app. Product is $20 each. Set it up to be $17 if they bought 2 or more. I go to my orders and see that it's letting people buy them for $9 each instead of $17 each. Had to fulfill the orders and lost a ton of money.

This app did not meet my needs. I needed the app for one product but then needed to upgrade to a paid plan for the one small feature I needed. AND after I had removed it I found out by email that I had to go into my theme coding and manually remove code. This is above my skills and very risky with my store right before Christmas. I wish I would have know this before I installed it.
