The developer did some custom work displaying the volume pricing on the collection pages (5 stars). Fast forward a few months and any changes made are not reflecting on the pages. I contact support and they tell me i need to change to the new version. I change to the new version and the issue is worse. Be careful....

stay away from this app. the app is very buggy. work one minute, next minute it stops working. support is non responsive. they keep handing you off to someone else and the issue never gets fixed. not sure how they got so many high ratings, my experience with it has been horrible. as i write this review it has been three days with zero progress.

I began using this app, and after setting it up, I found that only the quantity I entered receives a discount. For instance, if I set 1 pc at $1 and 6 pcs at $3, when it reach 7 pcs, it defaults to the single price instead. The development team is aware of the problem, but the resolution is taking a very long. Since this is meant to be a volume discount app, the discounts aren’t applying correctly. I recommend waiting for them to fix this issue or considering a different volume discount app.

Pretty dreadful support on this app. I wanted a really easy offer - add 4 pots of glitter and pay £10. After spending ages adding all variants and trying all different combinations of offers on the app and not getting it to work correctly, I reached out to support for this app. The response... "try changing the offer type, or try different options'. Brilliant - you mean carry on doing what I spent the past hour doing with no luck. Why don't you just blindfold me and hope I press the right buttons. After a while your 'support' just stopped replying. Dreadful

Using the app for over 5 years, issues were normally resolved on first contact but we recently had an issue and I have reached out to support a few times but the issue is ongoing. Received an email from the director of the company, I replied to it and have yet to receive a response. Loyalty doesn’t mean much by the looks of it.

Tried to reach out multiple times for help regarding an issue with no answer from the support team or chat. Glitches often and removes the discounts from certain products on my store resulting in customers calling questioning it.

Completely dissatisfied with this app and company. I have been using this app in conjunction with another app offered by this developer. A month ago, I installed the latest update. Yesterday I discovered that my other app, called Bulk Product Options, was not working correctly and my customers were being undercharged for my products, causing me to lose money.
The response I got when I asked for help, was that the new upgrade was not compatible with Bulk Product Options and I needed to revert back to the old version of VolumeBoost if I wanted things to operate correctly.
I have been paying for both of these apps and I should expect them to be able to work together to help run my business efficiently. Instead I am told that I cannot use the latest version and I need to revert back and I have lost money and this has created headaches for me to deal with. This experience has also left me with distrust of this company all together and I will be seeking other options.
I do not recommend this company or any of their apps.

Update: Here's the response (escalated to their growth manager) after the app caused major problems with the theme, apps and entire site. They haven't responded for a week (after ~10 reply attempts, and a new support ticket). *** Hulk Apps Response: "Hi (name), I hope you are doing well. I'm the Growth Manager at HulkApps. I'm here to assist you. FIRST OF ALL, I sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience that you have been facing with our application. Can you please re-install the app in your store again and provide me a chance to help you with our app? I promise that I won't be taking much of your time and will manage all the coding-related implementations for our app in the theme that you will specify and will make sure that everything is working perfectly. Once we are ready with the solution, we can jump on a call so that we can share our screens to make sure we are on the same page and there won't be any back and forth. And as compensation for all the trouble you had with our app, we would like to offer our Volume Boost app free of charge for your store. Please let me if you have any questions or concerns. I'll always be here for your help. Have a nice day ahead!" *** (Again, they haven't responded for a week after I've replied about numerous times. I even created a new support ticket for some type of response.) *** Review: The app suddenly stopped working. The discount was on the cart, then disappeared on checkout. I spent hours dealing with the issue with support. They said it was fixed - I had to revert to an older theme. That still caused the same problem. I had to confirm on many platforms that it still didn't work. They didn't believe me, and asked for collaborator access again. Do not use. It'll mess up the code on your entire site theme, and the support will not help. Even with collaborator access, the issue wasn't fixed after they said it was. Switching to another app. Bad coding. Poor integration. *** • False promises.
• Terrible customer service (and this issue escalated to their growth manager). • Do not use.
