Did you know they charge more if you grow? No added service. If you pay for plus - you get to pay 4 times as much for the same exact app. Look elsewhere!
A frustrating mess from start to finish. Features work only when they feel like it, and support could only shrug and confirm the app is “acting strangely” with no remedy in sight. Their solution is to not use hulk apps with express checkout - as they are not compatible. Strongly recommend avoiding Hulk apps.
Love this app. It is so easy to create discounts. In addition, their tech support is SUPER fast and professional! I highly recommend the app.

Installed a new theme and needed help to install the code for their VolumeBoost app. I opened a ticket and it was installed within a few hours!

Hulk Apps is legit. I've been working with the VolumeBoost app for many years and it's always done us right. Devs and support are very responsive and have been able to fix any issues (which are few and far between).

We had some volume discounts that we weren’t needing anymore and they had been created with the app, we just couldn’t remove them ourselves. Somehow they had ended up being hard coded into our theme. We tried multiple ways to remove them ourselves without success… in steps Hulk App developer Mayank and fixes it all for us!! Mayank went above and beyond with helping us remove those and even updated our theme to remove other code that had been added. Super great service and the expertise was excellent, thank you sooo much!

Using the app for over 5 years, issues were normally resolved on first contact but we recently had an issue and I have reached out to support a few times but the issue is ongoing. Received an email from the director of the company, I replied to it and have yet to receive a response. Loyalty doesn’t mean much by the looks of it.

Exactly what we needed! We needed an app that allowed us to give quantity discounts when ordering multiples of the same variant AND enable the user to apply a discount code at checkout. After an exhaustive search, we finally found Hulk Discounts and couldn't be happier. We've now used it for about 4 years. Their support is outstanding as well.
