Makes my website to Freeze. so sad that I have to delet

I found this app, read all the reviews, and it sounded perfect for what I needed on my site. I installed it and went to the support chat to explain what I was trying to do. I was told it could be done, and a support person named Sah entered my shop to set it up.
After a few moments, they asked me to wait and then showed me something that was not at all what I had requested. When I explained that it wasn’t correct, they told me that if I wanted it set up the way I asked, I would have to edit the theme myself — and then they left the chat.
This is not good service. It’s unprofessional to leave someone hanging, especially after saying the setup was possible. If you can’t do the job, just be upfront and say so. I do not recommend this app. I am very disappointed.

We did not leave the chat— it ended at the point where we intended to create a ticket for our tech team, and you mentioned that you would look for another app.

Terrible, messed up our cart page. Adjustments to cart items with the plus and minus button now duplicates the product inside the cart. They should be removed from the app store list for this. PLEASE FIX NOW!
Hi, we are 100% sure that this is a misunderstanding, as our app doesn't even operate within the cart. Aside from displaying the widget on the product page, our app doesn't perform any other functions in the online store. The discounts are native and are managed directly by the Shopify platform. We suspect that another app may be causing the problem, and you may have mistaken it for ours. Please give us a chance to troubleshoot this issue for you; we will send you an email with the details.
