Outstanding Support from Divyanshu!

I had an excellent experience working with Divyanshu from the CedCommerce support team. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while helping us integrate our store with the Walmart Marketplace through the CedCommerce app. He quickly resolved all our technical issues and made sure everything was running smoothly. Great support from the CED team to get our pre-owned inventory live on Walmart! Publishing new items weekly is now a very quick thing thanks to their integration and tools.

Stay away, they charge you extra money even if you said Hi,
Walmart is Migrating to Item Spec 5.x on Aug, this App does not support Spec 5x with regular subscription, they want to charge an extra fees to do the change to our store, this means the app will be useless after Aug 2025 if we don't pay an extra fees to the App Dev.
We have to pay them to make their app working with walmart, hhhh that is really funny, this means if Walmart make a change every week, then we have to pay them every week additional fees.
the app in general has few issues but I was fine with that according to the regular subscription, I wasn't expecting everything perfect, but to ask an extra fees to make the app working with Walmart that is very strange and acceptable.

Stay Away – This App and Team Ruined Our Business

We had a terrible experience with the CedCommerce Walmart integration and their ad management service. We trusted them to handle our Walmart ads for 3 months, and it was one of the worst business decisions we’ve ever made. We lost over $10,000 due to their careless and unprofessional handling.

They promised clear revenue and ROAS targets at the start, but didn’t even come close. There was no campaign optimization, no strategy, and they just spent our ad budget without any accountability. We had to constantly chase them for basic reports, which were always late or completely unhelpful.

What’s most frustrating is their attitude. The team – Neha, Abdul, and Kushagra – showed zero work ethic. They refused to accept any responsibility for the failure and kept giving excuses that made no sense. All they seemed to care about was getting paid at the end of each month.

This app is not only ineffective, it’s dangerous for any serious business. Do not trust CedCommerce with your advertising or your store. Their poor service and lack of professionalism can destroy your growth and drain your budget. We’re extremely disappointed and frustrated. Avoid this app at all costs.

CED Commerce is effective and helps us achieve our corporate objective of improving our nutritional online brand in the dual-shop markets. It enhances brand scaling and maintenance of inventories and provides better control over our online promotion of branding across multiple marketplace platform integrations. This also offers an opportunity to engage with our fulfillment and shipping partners at critical milestones in our process to monitor sales volume and ensure fast delivery without complaints or issues.
