We have been using Swym Back-in-Stock alerts on our live store. It works well, we've had no issues with it. We needed a few customizations and the support team at Swym has been very responsive and helpful.

Great app! Definitely serves the purpose. Support team should provide users an option to customise the email templates but the support team was kind enough to update it for us.

This app does exactly what we were looking for and customer service has been great. They responded within a day and were able to help us resolve a minor issue we were having very quickly!

Had an issue with the code still being present after uninstall but Krishnan provided very fast support in removing this. I uninstalled due to attempting to improve store speed and SWYM Back In Stock had little impact on that so I may well use it again in the future.
