In stock alerts is easy to use, and the brief troubleshooting stint we had was an absolute breeze.

I had an issue with set up and just could not get it working. I emailed support and they replied within an hour and had it up and running! So far so good!

Support team is good, but this app is completely broken. We've used the paid version in the past with solid results, but the free version is not even functional. App metrics don't work, alerts requested number doesn't even match the number of subscribers shown, and worse of all, we can't even send emails to subscribers.

Great service, easy to set up, very responsive team. All in all, one of the better apps I've used on Shopify.

We are very pleased with the simple integration - had it up and running in a matter of minutes. Our site was a little more complicated so one of the box location items wasn't working.
