I just installed this app to help me collect emails for my out of stock items. The app didn't automatically add to my product page with the install that I did so I reached out to the customer support and got a response in less than 5 minutes that fixed it. Thanks!
We chose this app to allow our customers to sign up for notification if they aren't ready to pre-order the item they like. Our wait times can be long for pre-order items, so it's often more interesting for customers to sign up for that notification and for us to download the report and order those items.
This configuration was not available by default, so Suman at Swym helped us configure it. We've just lanched the store with the app and hope our customers will use it to help us better serve them.

Was willing to help me with any of my questions. I think this app may be great. I haven't actually used it yet, but so far so good!
The app is easy to implement and to adjust according to your needs. But especially I liked the fast, friendly and professional support. Within less than 24hours I got a reply to my question with a proper explanation including screenshots. Furthermore there was also a follow-up to see if I could fix my issue.
App is great and support is even better. We highly recommend.
Features look pretty good. But when I try to install it and just found out that it doesn't have a free plan anymore...

So far so good, its a very helpful app .Also the support team was quick and responsive :). Must get this app if your products go out of stock and back in stock often. Only Thing I do not like is it doesn't email you when someone does sign up for restocks. :(
I don't use this app much as we usually have most things in stock, but it is very useful when our workshops are sold out and people enquire when the next time workshops will be available. I recently had a small display config issue, which when alerted, the team fixed within a matter of minutes. Great customer service and a useful tool.
The App is easy to use and does what it says. Support was quick to communicate and very helpful in configuring it on my store when I had an issue.
