Great program and most of all great customer service. Any time i have needed support setting up the integration, email flows etc the team has been quick to respond and help! I recommend

Meh… too many issues. I just found out the program hasn’t been sending out notification emails. There are too many of the types of apps available to put up with one that doesn’t work.

On debugging the issue you mentioned, we found that the back in stock emails were being sent successfully until June 19th. Since then, due to no product restock updates, subsequent emails have not been triggered and this could have been caused due to multiple reasons.

We tried to reach out to you via email to understand the issue better and to check if the issue is from our end however we did not hear back from you.

Very good customer support for queries and imports. System is easier to use on the whole than alternatives. Great reporting and analytics available. There are a few things which rely on their hard coding still, hence great customer service being so valuable. Thanks!

It works; a couple of customers have used the back-in-stock notification already.

I couldn't get the stock button on to our store, so I logged a request, which was sorted within a couple of days.

Great customer service and app so far.

We had back in stock alerts set to manual send only but the app just randomly started sending out hundreds of back in stock alerts for products that were still out of stock. Really poor experience for our customers and very embarrassing for us.

On paid plans, our app is designed to send out the back-in-stock notifications automatically to the subscribers as soon as we receive a restock update from Shopify. Please be assured that our systems are designed to send notifications only when products are restocked with a positive stock quantity.

One potential cause for the issue you faced could be due to the multiple store locations feature in Shopify. Even in that case, our app can be configured to provide better control over the restock alerts based on locations.

I like this app! Recently set up the Klaviyo integration and it works perfectly. Support is available very quickly should I have a question. Have been using it for quite a while now.
