glitches and glitches, not working and basic functions disfunctional

I've been using this app for about 3 months. Initially I found it super easy to use. There were a few bugs around the video linking but the team were always really responsive and willing to help. It's still hit and miss and buggy but I appreciated they were working on it.
They offered me a discount to give a 5 star review. I was initally happy to give it.
Update: None of my recipes are showing and I cannot contact the team at all. Scaled down to 1 star.
Updated: I have uninstalled the app after 3 threatening emails from the compnay bullying me to change my one star review.
The video feature was always buggy and still has not been fixed.
